Out
of Stock:
If the parts you order are out of stock, or are on back
order, we will contact you via email within 24 to 72 hours.
We will let you know when your order will be available
for shipment, and give you the choice of waiting or canceling
your order.
Canceling
an Order:
Please make sure the order you place is what you want.
Once your order has been placed, there is no way for us
to void it in our system. Please contact hondacuraworld@aol.com
to cancel your order.
Returns:
In the event that a purchase must be returned, please
contact us at hondacuraworld@aol.com
for a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
1.
No restocking fee will be assessed on any merchandise
returned in 100% resalable condition (clean package, all
pieces intact, etc.). If returned goods are not 100% resalable,
an additional charge will be assessed. If merchandise
is defective, deformed, or shows signs of installation,
the return will be disallowed.
2. Installed parts can not be returned.
3. All return goods must be freight paid by the customer.
Damaged
Goods/Shipping Errors:
Upon receipt of shipment, please inspect cartons immediately
in the presence of the delivery person. If you receive
an incorrect item due to our error we will issue a UPS
call tag.
